54th Confab
The 54th annual conference of the New Zealand Grain, Seed and Produce Merchants was hosted by Gisborne members of the association this year, at the Sandown Park Hotel. The two-day conference attracted delegates from all parts of the country. Local M.P. Mrs Esme Tombleson gave the opening address and Mayor Harry Barker welcomed the guests.
