Outstanding Articles

An outstanding array of spinner's and weaver's art was on display in the War Memorial Hall, recently. The Poverty Bay Spinners, Weavers and Woolcrafts Association held an activity day where static and mobile displays attracted a large crowd over the day. Sales tables offering produce, cakes and woollen articles did very brisk business, especially with the woollen articles, because where else could you get an exclusive original?
