Rising Stars?

Members of the Comet Swimming Club appear to be fast-rising in the swimming firmament, as was evidenced by the number of records broken during the club's season. The season ended on a happy note when a social, and presentation of trophies, was held in the St Mary's Hall. Mr M. E. Lynch, chairman of the combined City Council-Olympic Pool committee, presented the trophies.
