Flying Officer F. S. Sharp is seen receiving a Squadron Standard from the Governor-General Sir Arthur Porritt. The standard was presented by Sir Arthur during a ceremonial parade at the R.N.Z.A.F. base at Ohakea. Flying Officer Sharp, who is a member of No.14 Squadron, is the elder son of Mr and Mrs G. S. Sharp, 151 Russell Street.
