RIGHT-Three of the daughters of Mr and Mrs F. Milligan, Parau Street, have been in the news recently. The girls are, from left, Barbara, Elizabeth and Christina. Barbara graduated last August as Constable from the Trentham Police Training School and was appointed to the Tauranga district. Elizabeth graduated from the Palmerston North Hospital and is now district nursing with the Public Hospital in Wellington. Christina, a former 7th form student at St Mary's College, is now attending college in Oslo, Norway, on an AFS International Scholarship.

The Reverend Roy Bullen, Baptist minister in Gisborne for the past six years, is transferring, with his family, to Upper Hutt at the end of the year. Mr and Mrs Bullen are pictured with their two sons Chris (left) and David. Their daughter, Ann, who is at Training College, takes up her first appointment next year at the Kedgley Intermediate School at Papatoetoe. Next year, also, David goes to University in Auckland.

In a Road Safety Contest conducted by 2ZG recently, the winner was Mr Tom Sunnex, 255 Childers Road. The contest, run over a weekly period, was hosted by Mr Powell Robinson (better known to you as Robbie of the Saturday morning Motoring Session). From left are announcer John Henry (with the very latest cordless microphone), Mr Sunnex, Mr Ian Davidson (chairman of the Road Safety Committee, who presented the prize) and Robbie. Mr Robinson is actually senior vehicle inspector with the Ministry of Transport in Napier.
