A two thousand dollar workshop is planned for Unity Theatre and it will be built at the rear of the theatre. After its completion, the old garage will be demolished to allow access to the new building, and some parking facilities.

Work is well under way on the Jaycee miniature trick golf course project, situated behind the Public Relations Office. The course covers an area of 120 feet by 70 feet. The estimated cost is $2500 and most of this will come from the bequest from the Bushnell Estate.
