The presentation of trophies won during the year took place for the members of the Makaraka Boxing Club in the Makaraka Hall. From Mrs R. G. Borrie (Makaraka Bakery cup for most outstanding boy). Second row: G. Davenport (Jim Robinson cup for the most scientific boxer over 12 years), P. McKinnon (Alf MacDonald cup for most improved boy), and P. Kerr (Waliy Jonasen cup for most scientific boxer under 12).
