Saving The Y.M.

Notwithstanding the fact that generous individual donations have substantially helped the Y.M.C.A. to reduce the debt on its extension, a further $4,000 is needed to clear the building. A "Save The Y.M." fair was held recently and $250 was raised towards the fund.

Sales at the cake stall were swift, to say the least.

Both the used clothing stall and the book counter proved very popular.

Rides in the pony cart were also a feature of the fair's attractions.
