Meeting Each Other

Country children who live miles from anywhere have to do their schooling by correspondence, which means, of course, that they have no classmates with whom to play, or discuss their work.

The morning started with a-physical education and games class at the Central School. After lunch one of their most interesting: visits was the one that took them to Radio 2ZG. Don't forget that the radio we take for granted in the city is almost a life-line and definitely a link with the outside world for these far-flung country people.
