The great extent of business expansion in Gladstone Road west is clearly visible in this aerial picture taken last month, and we have marked the area of the latest property development, the purchase by Self Help of a considerable block of land fronting Gladstone Road, Roebuck Road and Leith St. It is understood that the land involved a purchase price of about $150,000. A new drive-in supermarket will be built there.
