New Junior Orchestra Formed

You may be forgiven, reader, if you have formed the impression that the only young musicians around today wear long hair and play pop on terribly loud guitars.

But then you wouldn't know that along at the G. H. S. assembly hall every Saturday morning upwards of 40 young people – and some of them very young – get together in two orchestras, senior and junior, to make music. It is a very heartening discovery.

These pictures show members of the new junior orchestra which has been formed under the guidance of Mr Marios Sophocleous and Mr Frank Wise, jnr.
