Married in Scotland on December 25, 1905, Mr and Mrs T. Houghton, of Albert Street, celebrated their golden wedding anniversary on Christmas Day. Mr and Mrs George Moore, 384 Palmerston Road, who were married in Toronto, Canada, on December 4, 1905, celebrated their golden wedding with a party at Pateley House. All four children—Mesdames D. A. Daly, J. R. Shaw and F. W. Black, and Mr H. Moore were present at the party.
