Seen in the Harbour
The annual harbour race of the Gisborne Swimming Club was held last month, when about 20 members took the water,
A picture taken from the harbour wall on a recent evening showing the Shell Company's tanker, the Tanea, moving up the harbour channel at Gisborne with a full cargo of motor spirit for discharge at the freezing works wharf.
Competitors are seen making a fine splash as they near the finishing line.
