"Whats Going On?"
Young Rhonda Stichbury may well ask. Actually it was an opportunity for various club members of the Poverty Bay Federation of Country Women's Institutes to get to know each other better at the federation's annual garden party. This year the function was held at the Wainui residence of Mrs D. A. Kirkham. A parade of hats was the attraction of the afternoon.
