Preparing for Parenthood

The Gisborne Parent Centre holds four courses each year for expectant parents (both mothers and fathers), and these offer much information about baby. Both ante and post natal instruction is given and discussions take place about safety, general care and discipline for both baby and parents. Each course lasts eight weeks, the last one for this year starting in early October. The classes are held in the evening at the Red Cross Rooms, thus enabling husbands as well as wives to attend.

This part of the course is held during the day. If you are interested in further information Mrs Ash may be contacted at her phone number of 89-730.
