Premiere!

A most successful film premiere was held at the Chalet Rendezvous to raise funds for the Intellectually Handicapped Children Society. Don Walker's film"Parting Without Sorrow", showing the use and the construction of the I.H.C. Hostel, was projected before a capacity audience. The Chalet and its services were given free, as were the wines supplied by Waihirere Wines, and the society benefited considerably from the function.
