Longest Yet!

At 540 feet the New Zealand Shipping Company freighter Manapouri is the longest ship to berth at Gisborne's overseas wharf. The ship also has the distinction of being the 100th vessel to moor at the wharf. Of Japanese construction the Manapouri was built in 1968 and has tonnages of 9505 gross, and 11,705 dead-weight.
