Wendy Robb, 17, the daughter of Mr and Mrs R. E. Robb, 5 Makaraka Road, has left as an American Field Service exchange student. Wendy goes to Kewanee which is 150 miles west of Chicago in the state of Illinois. The High School there has a role of 870. Wendy is a second year sixth student of Lytton High School arid will be away for one year. A highlight of Wendy's trip over to Kewanee will be a stopover of four days in San Francisco where she will visit the universities there.

Lawrence Rhodes, son of Mr and Mrs R. J. Rhodes, Huxley Road, celebrated his 21st birthday recently.
Lawrence, who is stationed at the Ohakea Air Force Base, returned home for his coming of age party.
