High Fashion

Melbourne Cash, the Wool Board and Simplicity Patterns combined to sponsor the secondary school students make and model contest. The wool board judge, Mrs Pat Stewart, was generous in her praise of the very high standard of sewing entered in the competition.

Winner of the senior girls'.section was Beverley Adsett of Lytton High with this beautifully made grey coat.

Lyn Carr of St. Mary's won the junior section with this finely detailed model.

Phillipa McIntyre was second in the junior section with this brown skirt.
