Wilson's cement silo at No. 2 wharf was officially opened on June 8 by the chairman of the Harbour Board, Mr D. E. Chrisp. This plant is the second bulk cement service to be opened in Gisborne, a fact which points to the increasing use of this product in the building and associated trades.
