Mel Cash Fash

A parade of fashions covering a wide range was organised by Melbourne Cash and held in the War Memorial Hall. This year proceeds from the parade were given to the Intellectually Handicapped Children Society.

Miss East Coast 1970, Keitha MacDougall, made the final appearance in the parade in an evening dress of pale lilac nylon chiffon.
