Hair A Go-Go!

The hairdressers of Gisborne turned on a terrific parade of hairstyles for the people of Te Karaka at a function to raise funds for the Te Karaka St. John Ambulance. If the packed Waikohu College Hall was any indication their funds should benefit considerably. A local fashion parade, a demonstration of the use of hair pieces and wigs, and a rousing go-go demonstration all contributed to a great evening for Te Karaka-ites! On the next page are special styles created for Te Karaka.
