The tennis season got under way this year with a good attendance of players at the Turanganui courts. The Turanganui committee looks very pleased with the early seasonal interest and they are, from left, Julia Higham, Stuart Robb, Brian Gibson (treasurer), Bill Roberts, Maureen Light (secretary), John Carr, Norm Ward (president), Roy Huxtable and Betty Hazelwood.
