Looking across the Waimata River towards Cheeseman Road. On the well-kept section so prominent in the picture, construction is expected to begin shortly on a Convalescent Home for the Cook Hospital Board. Land was given for project by Mrs T. Adair, and building will be erected with grant made by the late Mr C. J. Morris.
