Great Success

The Sportsmen's Dinner in aid of the Crippled Children Society's funds was a great success. There were 120 sportsmen at the function. Highlight of the evening was the presentation for the first time of the Leopard trophy for the Sportsman of the Year award.

This was won by Barry McLean who is well known for his outstanding performances in surf life saving.
