Save a Life

As part of their training programme members of the Te Karaka Combined Division of the St. John Ambulance Brigade were recently lectured by the medical technologist from the Cook Hospital, Mr Reg Cooper. Mr Cooper gave detailed instruction in the use of equipment for resuscitation and oxygen administration. The evening was held in the Fire Brigade rooms and was well attended by brigade members and personnel of the Te Karaka Volunteer Ambulance, and of the Te Karaka Fire Brigade.
