A group of children from the Central School made a week-long trip to Camp Kaitawa recently. As an educational foray these trips are hard to beat. Children from the school prepare to board the bus for the journey.

Mr R. E. Cocklin has taken up his appointment as deputy principal at the Boys' High School. Mr Cocklin, B.Sc., Dip.Ed., was previously head of the science department at Te Awamutu.
