Michael Bugden, son of Mrs Alfreda Bugden, 28 Collins Street, and the late Mr Les Bugden. An unusual feature at the party was the 21st key which was originally presented to Mrs. Bugden in South Africa. Made of solid copper, it has Mrs Bugden's name and birthdate inscribed on it, and also Michael's. It will be passed on to two other members of the family on their coming of age.
