Progressive Playcentre

Although it has been functioning only since February the newly formed Whangara Playcentre has twenty children in attendance. A group of enthusiastic mothers got together and as the result of a bottle drive which raised three dollars the plan was under way. The centre is still getting equipment but the children find plenty to occupy them on each day spent at the centre.
