Bridges in Brief

From Mrs F. Wakeling, 606 Aberdeen Road, we have these pictures of three bridges, the like of which we thought didn't exist any more. Mrs Wakeling's son Gordon is managing a new farm, Taurewa Station, at Kakahi, which is near Taumarunui. As yet access to the station is still on the primitive side as is shown by these pictures. Recently married, Gordon and his wife Adrienne (whose wedding picture appears elsewhere in this issue), have to traverse this road to get to the farm.
