Dog Breeding

Owen Pitcher, who cuts hair at the Majestic Salon, has a hobby which is always of interest. He breeds dogs, and good ones, too. He raises Samoyeds, the breed that was originally used for hunting and sledging in Siberia, but nowadays is bred for show purposes and as a pet. At the moment he is breeding from "Sofia of Djetskaya", who comes from a long line of Australian champions. Her own sire is the champion Christiana Natzka. Her last progeny consisted of a litter of seven pups, some of which make great appeal in the picture above.

Owen is also breeding German Shepherd dogs and at the moment has Alana of Glenray, a line bred blood bitch to Asoka Cheruska. His pride is a six-month-old pup, Bozrah of Starkenwolf, which is line bred to the imported Shadowsquad Kelly.
