Hair Fashion Spectacular

Under the promotion of Sonata Laboratories Ltd., the Gisborne section of a nation wide contest to find the winner of "The New Zealand Line" was held recently. Local hairdressers entered some very smart styles and these were paraded before a capacity audience in the Lytton High Assembly Hall. The winner goes forward to the final which will be held in Wellington in August.

Other parades of hairstyles were shown as well as demonstrations of hair care and the like.
