Birds of a feather

The Poverty Bay Budgerigar and Cage Bird Society held their 35th annual show in the St. John Hall recently.

The show was most successful with 430 entries competing from all parts of New Zealand, even as far south as Invercar-gill.

Jack Penny (show manager), Fred Cochrane, and, in front, Jack McCarthy, Les Norman (show secretary), and Charlie McGrannachan.
