However, if the rain only came down without any wind maybe waiting passengers would not get wet. But we wouldn't care to be standing around with a cold wind blowing in from the south in the middle of winter.

The first of the firms to occupy a site in the new Awapuni industrial subdivision has commenced building and construction of their factory is now taking place. This first section of the framework is going up on the site of the Empire Box Company.
