I.H.C Appeal
A most successful appeal was carried out when the total of the I.H.C. funds collected came to more than $5,000 in the Gisborne and East Coast district. This was more than $900 up on last year's total.
Paddy Pilbrow (treasurer) and Earle Rowell check off some of the collecting bags brought in by Bert Hanlen.
Peter Ferguson (publicity officer), Ray Ballard (secretary of the appeal committee), Mrs Nora Steed (president I.H.C.), and Salvi Barnao (chairman of the appeal committee) count out envelopes.
