A new rugby team has appeared on the football scene this season, and this is Lytton Old Boys, seen here resplendent in their colours of maroon and gold. The team, which plays in the third grade, drew with Boys' High School six all in their first match.

Three Vietnam casualties who arrived home recently are Corporal Olly Taukamo of Ruatoria, Private Tom Mackey of Gisborne, and Private Allan Haua of Ruatoria. They are seen here getting off the plane as they arrive in Gisborne, while below left Corporal Taukamo is greeted by his mother.
