At last month's meeting of the Gisborne Road Safety Council members of the council paid tribute to the great work done by Senior Traffic Officer B. M. Boyle and with the presentation of a silver tea and coffee service wished him well on his transfer to Auckland. Pictured at the presentation are, at back, from left, Messrs M. T. B. Hall, W. A. At a recent meeting of the Gisborne branch of the National Council of Women, members were addressed by the New Zealand president, Mrs L. W. Tiller.
