Fund Raising Dog Trials

Held to raise funds for the Intellectually Handicapped Children's Society a dog trial meeting was conducted by the Poverty Bay Charity Dog Trials at the Patutahi Domain recently.

The successful undertaking attracted 67 entries, including dogs from out of the district, but the tough show ring course eliminated a11 but nine of the competitors.

I.H.C. funds benefited by £200 from the trials where the attendances were really good.
