New Boxing Gym

The first of a series of interclub gym nights was held in the new boxing gymnasium in Grey Street on Thursday, May 25.

With its good lay-out the gym will enable the various trainers to arrange matches regularly for their charges, and these are to be held every second week.

A good crowd of keen young boxers turned up for the evening which maybe means Gisborne will again become the leading scene of New Zealand boxing.
