Comet Club Fashion Parade

Low's reception rooms were well filled when the Comet Swimming Club held a morning fund-raising fashion parade recently.

The outfits, exclusive to Common Sheltons, were modelled by members and supporters of the club and some of the creations are shown here.

Sandra Meade...a Josephine Miles grey flannel double-breasted coat trimmed with a black and white bow.

Mrs Val Monoghan...peacock blue English wool jersey walking suit.

Mrs Pam Peters...three piece pink mixture double-breasted tweed suit with pink crepe Emma Peel underblouse.

Compere and arranger of the outfits for modelling is Mrs Mina Cowan of Common Sheltons.
