J.P.'s Honour Magistrate

At a function held at Ulverstone Gisborne Justices of the Peace and friends gathered to honour Mr L. N. Ritchie, S.M., and Mrs Ritchie.

Mr Wally Jonasen made the presentation of three travelling bags to Mr Ritchie who retires after eight years on the Gisborne Bench.
