Popular members of the Cook Hospital staff were married at Holy Trinity Church recently. They were Cecil, daughter of Mr and Mrs J. E. Gillgren, Aberdeen Road, and Tod Webster, son of Mrs L. Webster and the late Mr Webster, Palmerston North. Best man was Mr F. Allen, Palmerston North, the matron-of-honour was Mrs J. SomervilLe, Wairoa, and the bridesmaids were Misses Elaine Cook and Faye Carswell.

At Knox Presbyterian Church, Mangapapa, Pamela Jane Robina, daughter of Mr and Mrs D. M. Bell, Abbott Street, to Louis James Reid, son of Mrs and the late Mr L. J. Reid, Greymouth.
