New First Aiders
At a function held in the St John Ambulance Hall, members of the public who had attended a course of lectures and passed their first aid exams were presented with their certificates by the Mayoress, Mrs H. H. Barker. The course extended over eight weeks and 13 of the 30 entrants who passed the exam were on hand to receive their certificates.
