Boys' High Basketball

The Boys' High School indoor basketball team suffered defeat at the hands of the visitors when they played the Napier Boys' High team in the Y.M.C.A. stadium. Gisborne led 15 - 14 at half-time but Napier gained ascendancy in the second half and the final score in favour of Napier was 41 - 25.
