Not unlike the shape of a duck ready for roasting, this large specimen kumera was brought into our office by Mr R. Kemp. Grown by Mrs R. Watkins of Endcliff Road, Kaiti, the kumera weighs 31b 12ozs and was the biggest of many large ones grown in a bumper crop.
