"King Of The Crawlers"

Meet 14-months-old Roger Hardy, son of Mr and Mrs Neville Hardy, 14 Townley Street, who was crowned "King of the Crawlers" after surging to victory over a ten-yard course at the Te Hapara Plunket's recent gala day in Karamu Street.

The crawling race was a highlight of the gala, which was well supported and swelled the organisation's funds by £170.
