"Make Mine Mink"

The highlight of a fashion parade in the Girls' High School assembly hall last month was the displaying of several fabulous mink coats and stoles. All the minks were made in New Zealand from imported Russian and Canadian skins, and are considered up to the standard of the best in the world.

The fashion parade, which was organised by the Girls' High School Old Students' Association to raise funds for a gymnasium, was presented by Adair Bros Ltd to a large audience.

The proceeds swelled the fund by £100.
