The section winners in the Gisborne Savings Week poster competition were presented with their prizes by the chairman of the local savings committee, Mr H. J. Dykes, at a ceremony in the Bank of New Zealand. Winners of the senior section were, from left: Geoffrey Tune (2nd), Graeme Nicol (1st), and David Waugh (3rd), all of Gisborne Boys' High School.
