Arts find Crafts Course
Teachers from Gisborne's primary schools recently attended a two-day motivation course at the Hawkes Bay Education Board's arts and crafts rooms in Reads Quay.
At the course the teachers worked at a wide variety of subjects, from pottery to wood carving, under the supervision of the two local arts and crafts advisers, Messrs Muru Walters and Roger Hardie.
Assisted by Mr Walters, Sister Helena, of St Mary's School, works with paper.
