New School For Butchers

The New Zealand Retail Meat Industry's new school for apprentice butchers commenced classes in Wellington last month.

First Gisborne apprentice to attend one of the two-week courses is Peter Clay, son of Mr and Mrs R. Clay, 162 Crawford Road, who is a member of the staff of the Economic Butchery.
